When I was working in Atomic, I worked on a lot of projects with Salesforce, but one, in particular, stands out.
Small businesses no longer have the they dedicated to their first customer. Salesforce wanted to remind them that they still can.
With a purpose-built landing page and self-assessment tool, sales managers could test themselves and get the resources they need to improve. I worked with the team to develop the user journey from first campaign contact to tool completed and ensured this was surfaced through the UX on the page.
