Salesforce first customer

When I was working in Atomic, I worked on a lot of projects with Salesforce, but one, in particular, stands out.

The challenge

Small businesses can face many problems when starting out. One that might be overlooked is how, with an ever-expanding workload, they might not have time to dedicate to all of their customers.

The insight:

Nothing like the time they dedicated to their first customer. So Salesforce wanted to remind them that they still can.

The solution

With a purpose-built landing page and self-assessment tool, sales managers could test themselves and get the resources they need to improve.

I worked with the team to develop the user journey from first campaign contact to tool completed and ensured this was surfaced through the UX on the page.
